Membership Policy

Membership overview

  1. Members get access to benefits such as higher reward caps, promotion boosts, and priority support.
  2. Memberships purchased via offline payment require proof upload and admin approval before benefits start.

Verification & start date

Membership duration begins when admin approves the payment proof. Pending or unverified payments do not grant membership benefits.

Renewal & expiry

  1. Memberships do not auto-renew. Users must re-purchase or follow the app renewal process.
  2. Benefits end immediately on expiry unless reactivated by a new purchase.

Refunds & cancellations

Once a membership is activated, it is non-refundable. If activation fails due to internal error, we will either activate the membership or issue a refund after verification.

Fraud & misuse

Fake proofs or misuse of membership benefits may result in cancellation, deduction of benefits, or account suspension.
